Cross posted since the CLS form doesn't get much attention.

Anything I need to know?Anything I need to be looking for or looking out for?
Anything to nitpick during negotiations?
Body, chassis, electrical same as W213.
Look for MB-Tex cracking, it seems to affect E-Class (CLS) more than other models. Besides V167 of course.
Check for full service history. Spark plugs should have been done at 50k miles. If they haven't been done, seller should adjust price by $750.
Option content hopefully is good: LED headlamps, ambient lighting, parktronic.

To @N_Jay the 2019 CLS450 has the 48V mild hybrid system, which has been problematic on several platforms including CLS. I would not own any 48V MB, especially one with an expired warranty.
Look for a 2019 E450 W213 with 3.0L TT. No 48V system and robust (for Mercedes) engine.
