2017 E300 Rattling sound from behind dashboard when accelerating
My 2017 MB E300 has been having some rattling sound behind the dashboard. I got this car a month ago and drives great and performs great, but I have been having rattling sound coming (feels like right behind the dashboard). It only happens when I press on the accelerator. I tried everything on the highway like downshifting upshifting but the sound doesn't happen when I downshift, upshift, I tried different speeds but whenever I'm maintaining a constant speed the sound doesn't happen. When I press more on the pedal to accelerate, that's when the sound happens. Went to the dealership today and of course they pulled the "I have never heard of that sound" card. Any of you guys have something similar happen to you? I'll attach a video to show you guys how it sounds. The sound is a bit amplified in the video, and its not as loud as it seems in the video. It sounds like there's a loose bolt shaking when I accelerate but I'm not an expert and its an headache for me.

I know the rattling sound like mine is very rare, so probably none of you could figure it out and had no comments about it
. Luckily, I was able to get it fixed today after trying to figure out with a local private shop mechanic. It took us an hour to figure out, but the issue was pretty easy to fix. One of the A/C lines was in touch with the black gear strut that is diagonally installed under the right black plastic cover that covers the A/C and windshield wiper fluid unit. The A/C line contact with the strut created a loud vibration when accelerating and the vibration flowed through the strut and created the rattle sound that sounded like it was right behind the dashboard. Pretty easy fix, just had to put a rubber cover in between the strut and the A/C line. Just FYI incase anyone has a similar rattle sound like mine.
