Unless it’s an Africa market w213 with the M274 petrol engine - then it has 4.

made me snicker; my Indy mechanic 2 weeks ago was relating a story to me about how a dealership uploaded the service record for a diesel car and marked off “replaced spark plugs” and probably invoiced the customer for it too.

There is no record of MB selling a gasoline powered 2016 E250. They were all 2.1L Bluetec models even in Africa.
