E200 w213 e class roller blind guide not working?!

E200 w213 e class roller blind guide not working?!
Hello, I have a problem with the rollerblind guide, on my e200 2019 w213. The left one is working when i Open the trunk, but not the right one, I have changed it to a new one, but still not working, cant find the fuse or the relay to check it, somebody have any ideas please…

Could you be a little more specific? Are you talking about the rear window shade? Maybe take a picture?

Yes of course, this one is new, and its not moves up and down when i Open the trunk, but on the right side its works good when i opening it, maybe some fuse or relay? Cant find anything in the papers

This is a wagon then. When you said trunk, I assumed it was a sedan or coupe. Technically you have a lift gate, not a trunk. 
In any case, hopefully someone else with a wagon can chime in. It will likely help if you can be a little more descriptive and possibly post a video or pictures of the working side verses the non-working side. I'm assuming these are automatic shades meaning they have a motor that moves them since you are thinking fuse. If so, do you hear the motor running on the side that's not working? Do you hear any noise? The fuse descriptions are often on a piece of paper folded up inside one of the fuse boxes in the car. Maybe that can point you to the right fuse. If you find it, I would swap the right and left side fuse to see if the problem moves however it's also pretty easy to test a fuse with a digital multi-meter or even visually to determine if it's bad.
