Initially I put the SD card in, but nothing happen, then I try put my USB into the USB slot where I used to plug my iphone for CarPlay. It immediately ask for update was found, etc... I follow your instruction precisely and it is done.

On the maintenance side, I bought her at BMW dealer (lol) last month. They said, they did service the car (at the time we bought her). I called them today, and they said they did the service, but they cannot update record.
I am not sure what to do. May be, I just bite the bullet and get the maintenance service at Mercedes dealer as you suggested, next month.

Ive downloaded files off the downloader 5-6 times over the past 5 years but am having an absolute disaster trying to get V30 downloaded to a drive. Ive tried 2 different drives. Anyone else having success? File is 32GB and just fails halfway through.

Now to Trigital, and to anyone who is in need...Trigital is the best!!! Spot on all around. Navigation system was downloaded to the USB driver, uploaded to the vehicle, and is now working great.

Hi, My Mercedes calculated GPS routes are usually really bad compared to Google. Try to take me through private roads. Nearly always longer because of traffic lights and stop signs which are avoidable. I tried every route option - doesn't fix. Seems to avoid interstates. I always check with Google on my laptop before I get in the car and print directions if they are complex.
I'd use Android if I didn't have to plug in the phone to use it (then unplug to leave car).

Mercedes Maps are quite nice and very helpful because is offline. If you pay for Live Traffic subscription is even smarter.

I have a 2020 E350 4Matic with the original 2019 maps. Per my local MB store, they can sell me a SD Card containing a 2020-21 map for $275. This does me no good as several roads have been changed in my area over the past few years. I want to get current maps instead of using my phone.
Reading the threads, I need to verify my option code.
How do I determine which option code I have?
Where do I download the latest map (mine is 2019)? How do I install it?

I just want to give a huge shoutout to @trigital. I just updated my NTG5.5 navigation from the US to EU map (sending my car to Europe, so I needed to change it) and for $50 is very well worth it. Super easy to do so as well.
I called Mercedes just for sh*ts and giggles and they said it would be roughly $700 to update to the latest US version!!!! That's insane. If you're in need of a new map update, definitely hit up @trigital or go to his website.
