Change Outside and Inside Temperature Unit from Fahrenheit to Celsius

I am in New York and I have just purchased a 2025 e450 All Terrain and so far I have been unable to figure out how to change the temperature unit from Fahrenheit to Celsius. I looked in the manual and have been searching online but have not found an answer. If anybody has been able to do this, please share. I still find it hard to believe that Mercedes does not offer this setting in their vehicles when it is something you are able to do in most cars.

In my 2019 E450 it is under car settings: You can change from F to C and KM to Miles.

Hope this helps

In the Mercedes Me app there’s a place under settings to change those parameters. I assume it will transfer to the car. You might try that.

I did change it in the app already but it does not seem to transfer or sync with the car, unfortunately.

I have a setting to change from Miles to KM but for the life of me cannot find where to change from F to C. If you could give a step-by-step I'd appreciate it.

I've been driving a W214 since April an I've never tried to change the temperature units. Nevertheless, I thought it would be easy and assumed it is in the display units section of settings. Like you, I only see miles/km options and nothing for temp. I searched through every menu option and can't seem to find it. I think it's missing and that it's a bug that it's missing. Surely, MB didn't design the system that end users can't choose between F and C temperature units. Maybe they think that Americans can only understand fahrenheit. Very odd they would omit this setting or burry it somewhere that most will not find.

I scanned the w214 operator's manual for celsius and fahrenheit. Neither word is present.

The word metric appears twice along with tire pressure.

My understanding is F/C is set by Mercedes based on the market the car will be sold in and can't be changed by a dealer or MBUSA, let alone the end user. It's truly insane.

Stand corrected: Just went to my car and I can only change from miles to KM.

I could not change F to C.

Sorry for the post: my error.
