Vehicle Processing Center. It's where all cars go when they first arrive at the destination port to have accessories installed and prepared before delivery to the dealer. Things like the rear spoiler, car mats, the chrome load-sill guard, etc. are installed there.
I ordered mine with the Chrome load-sill guard and they messed up the installation. Dealer had to remove it, do some minor body work and reinstall a new piece. This was a few months after delivery.
