E214 tire pressure, seats, entertainment questions

My 2025 E350 is 6 months old and I like it very much. But we just visited our dealer about some apparently designed in issues and question some of the advice we got:

-Tire pressure-The tp on delivery was 45 for each tire and remains there. The gas flap says it should be 37. The dealer recommended 45 for longer tire life. The ride at 45 is good. Is 45 right?

-Seat adjustment-My wife keeps the seat far forward. When I want to drive, I can't get in. I stand outside the car and hold the 1 button which is programmed for me but the seat then moves forward instead of back. At that point, I slide the manual seat adjustment backward so I have room
to get in, the car then recognizes me and adjusts to
my programmed settings. The dealer advised that, unless my wife remembers to slide the seat back when she exits the car, that's about all we can do--or possibly programming the 3 button to
move the seat back (not convinced that would help).

USB-We have lots of albums on a USB memory stick. When I access media>albums on the dashboard menu I can see them. But when I use a "hey Mercedes play.... " voice command it's hit or miss-- mostly miss. I can see an album listed on
the screen but when I try using the voice command to play it, the Mercedes voice says it can't find such an album. The dealer said that's just the way it
is and there's no way to fix it.

The dealer has been pretty good until now but their "expert" who is providing this advice looks like a high school kid. Is the advice correct or is he just giving me quick dismissive answers --and if so, what are the correct answers?
Sorry--I know this is asking a lot!

Correct tire pressure is inside of fuel door. Mine is 37 PSI as well and that is where I keep mine. The pressure setting fomany is largely personal preference. Lower pressure is more comfortable ride at the expense of reduced tread life. Higher pressure increases cornering stability and tread life at the expense of comfort.

The seat memories are profile specific and your profile isn't known until you sit in the car and it recognizes you or you select your profile. Until then it uses the guest profile. You could set the memories on the door while in the guest profile at your desired seat position which should allow you to press a memory button while standing outside to go to that position. I'm not positive this will work as I haven't tried it. There is an update E333.8-58 thread that discusses the new ability to link a profile to a key fob. With that update, it should be possible to have your profile recognized based on the key fob you used to unlock the car and therefore enable the ability to hit the memory button to move the seat before getting in. Better yet, I hope it just moves the seat to your desired position simply by unlocking with your key fob verses hers.

Playing music through USB works fairly well but it takes some trial and error for voice commands. I found that I have more success asking to play a song by band. For example, "hey Mercedes, play Tom Sawyer by Rush". I've also had luck with albums such as "play The Wall by Pink Floyd". These are from memory and I do recall having to go through a few iterations before getting it. I have a decent size collection of just over 5600 songs on a USB drive and up until a few weeks ago, no major issues until the car no longer recognized the drive that I've posted about here. Before then I didn't often use voice to change tracks and instead had several play lists that I would play in random order. If I did want a specific track or album I would use the touch screen to get to it. It's cumbersome, but I got pretty good at it. Now I'm using Android Auto and Poweramp (app) to play music and have grown to like it, but I still miss USB. Car is going in next week for a check engine light and to try and fix my USB issue.

For tire pressure (or anything else for that matter), I would never listen to the dealer and always follow the manufacturer.
