I can't find "Pre-Entry Climate Control".

Do you guys have it?

I don't have it either. I think it's country specific and the US isn't one of them.

I have it in the app and I am in the US. I believe its only available on hybrids/EVs.

An unsung benefit of EV/PHEV - you can climatize car without running an engine (eg in a garage).

In lieu of "pre entry climate control" I setup a routine to start warming the interior and seats when the interior is below 68 degrees. This seems to activate when I remote start the car. Just food for thought.

I do the same. It appears to be tied to the profile.

THAT is a great idea.
Thanks - I will try.
However, I already have Seat Warming when Exterior is lower than X. But it doesn't come on (even though it has been sufficed)... are they different?

I'm not sure if they're different, perhaps try tying the seat warming to the interior temp of the car?

Seat warming is also tied in to routine for temperature setup. Ventilation for the seats and heat for the seats are set by routine and do operate when auto is started remotely.
