Price I paid for Service A & B at Dealership
My E 350 was due for Service B.
Local dealer said the price for Service A was $308 and Service B was $791, or if I buy both together they will give a bundle discount for $749 (tax included). So with the bundle you're prepaying for Service A & B for $749 total, which is what I did.
My indi shop that I took my previous E-class to wanted $200 for Service A and $390 for Service B, but that shop is 20 miles further and they don't have loaners. I contacted another Mercedes indi shop closer to me and they wanted $650 just for Service B, which I thought was crazy.
There was also an open service campaign to update the software unit, which can only be done at the dealer, so that's another reason I chose the dealership.
After a few hours you get the standard phone call from the service advisor trying to upsell you on recommended services. They said the wipers were streaking and would replace them for $80. They also recommended an annual wheel alignment for $280 even though the tires were wearing evenly. I politely declined both.
They washed the car afterwards, but somehow it was dirtier than when I brought it in. The other downside is all of the people that get in & out of your car at the dealer causing scuff marks on the inside of your door and scuff plate. I had to clean that up when I got home.

They also have great loaners but recently started charging unless your service visit exceeds 500 bux.
Dealership courtesy washes used to drive me FAWKIN crazy!

You got a bunch of software updates. Hopefully that fixes the check engine light.
