Anyone who is modding a budget we have a couple of refurb units that were used from test purposes. Springs, rivets, backing plates are new on these units. PM me for pricing.

If you install one of these smaller supercharger pulleys, without upgrading the heat exchanger, will you encounter overheating or heatsoak issues?

as long as the clearance is less than .75mm you will be fine. since you only have one shim from the factory let me know if you need more.

Shardul.... Another question. I'm running a 180 pulley along with this new smaller s/c clutch/pulley installed. I want to get new belts (both) but am not sure what sizes I need. Do you know the best size in the Gates belts? I want to avoid slippage but don't want the belt to be too tight and prematurely shread. Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks,
Bo

Gates K080525
Or you can just get the belt wrap kit that I sell and a new belt is included with the kit

Hey guys - just got my smaller S/C pulley installed last night. I put the bolt back in using teflon tape, and an electric impact, but I just ordered a strap wrench online to ensure that the torque specs are correct.
Quick question: I have what seems to be a huge gap between the back of the pulley, and the black magnet. I can fit a full 0.80 feeler gauge (with NO shims). I PM'd Shardul yesterday, and he stated that this was fine. I was more wondering if anyone else has this issue?
The car is an 03 E55, with about 63k miles on it for reference.
