FS Sprint Booster BDD 451A2 For AMG Models
He paid for the sprintbooster and I send it to the US from the UK. He paid via PayPal.
It took 4 working days to arrive at his door. Not bad at all I think. He opened a case against me saying it took too long to arrive.
Paypal went in my favour as they obviously thought his claim was rediculous.
A couple of weeks on and I get an email saying he has contacted the credit card company who have refunded him and now Paypal have charged ME!!
He did not contact me at all and he still has my Sprintbooster.
He is a thief so beware everyone.
Has anyone else had any dealings with this person??
Thanks all

So you might as well email him and see what he has to say about it , but looks like chargeback hustle through the web I dont know him or of him so hope he resends your payment .

Does anyone know of a site where I can name and shame him? Post his address on there etc. Just a thought as there has to be a way I can get him back.
Its a good job I dont live anywhere near him.
Anyway, you live and learn.
Thanks for the replies guys.

Of course, returning the S/B back to OP would be the best thing you can do.
I only ask if everyone could please re frame from bothering others in the MB community, if you have any questions just give me a call and I will answer them for you.
Also, if the seller wanted his part back he could have contacted Pay Pal, AMEX, or me.
He has not contacted me not even once after the payment was sent to him. He lost his dispute because he blew everyone off, he didn't get his part stolen. However, he lost his customer and I would never refuse to send the part back if he even had make any attempt to make arrangement with me. I was notified by AMEX about the dispute and the decision was made in my favor, and my account was credited on 9/6/11. Therefore, until then I didn’t know what the decision was going to be.
Also, I wonder why the seller never commented on any of my posts. Maybe he is afraid to lose more customers because I can prove everything that I have stated now and in my previous postings.
However, if I don't hear back from the seller I will send the part back to AMEX on 9/14/2011 and post receipt on MBworld.org. I don’t need to keep the part since I already have bought one from somebody else. Also, if the seller doesn’t contact AMEX they will get rid of the part because they are not a storage facility.
Don't listen to anybody else and js send the part back to seller, IF he ever decides to respond.
Firstly you will probably see I havent logged on to this forum for a few weeks now as I work away often and cannot always get on the net.
Here is my side of the story and hopefully it has all been a misunderstanding and can be resolved.
There are numerous services in the UK via the net that collect parcels from your home, all automated and straightforward you may think, but not the case at all. It took me 3 or 4 attempts to get the paperwork, packing slips etc sorted online with a company called "Interparcel". I then resorted to going with a company called "collectmyparcel.com" which where much more "user friendly".
Now both these companies use various reference numbers etc and I can only think that I sent what I thought to be a DHL tracking number incorrectly. (not intended to be a bogus one) Collectmyparcel.com supplied me with their own tracking number later. I know for a fact that user LG1 received the item 4-5 working days after he paid which I think is pretty good going. Please bare in mind I have NEVER sent anything to the US before this.
I then got a dispute on PayPal saying he had not received the item (which I knew he had) and emailed him the following email on the 22nd of July.
I have consealed his identity in this Email

Hi ********
Can you tell me why you have put a paypal claim against me?
I have sent the item and the tracking says you have received it. What =
more can I do? 7 days (4 working days) to get from UK to USA isn't bad =
in my opinion.
I await your reply.
Thanks
Wayne

He never replied or called me and I know that for a fact. If he did call me, no message was left for me. I have an answerphone.
Like I said I hope this is a misunderstanding and I apologise for any wrong doing. I would be grateful if LG1 could send the item back to me, no hard feelings.
PS. I am not worried about potential future customers as I have never and will never again sell via a forum. I have 544 positive feedback on UK Ebay, so am a honest and genuine seller.
Thanks guys
Wayne
