garage sale!!! e55 motor/parts, mods, drag stuff...
time to clean out the garage! here's a general list. i'll post pics when needed but i wanted to give my mbworld brothers a shot before the stuff lists on ebay...
1. '03 e55 short block with 130k mikes. went lean on #8 and leak down showed 50% on that cylinder but less than 12% and good compression on the rest of the motor! she still ran well but with the obvious blow by. $2k
2. e55 heads. good condition and complete minus cams. $1400
3. oem supercharger with newer clutch. $1400 (sale pending)
(will sell complete motor with s/c for $3800)
4. slr cams with gears and spacer kit. $1700
5. pte 160* low temp thermostat. $100 (sale pending)
6. "the original" floored fab headers. $500 (sale pending)
7. vrp supercharger belt wrap kit (new). $600 (sale pending)
8. dry shot n2o kit. $450
9. e55 full oem exhaust including mufflers/quad tips (will part out). $800
10. 16" ccw custom rear drag wheels (clear brakes/no spacers). $800 (sale pending)
11. lightweight kosei front wheels with tires. $300
12. hoosier quick time pro d.o.t. drag slicks 26x9.5 (new). $400
all prices do not include shipping. many other misc peripheral engine parts (oem tb, airbox, surge tanks, etc) so just ask!

forgot to mention...if anyone upgraded their stereo head unit and has one lying around, i would consider a trade for an oem nav/comand head unit.

i'm also contemplating selling my high stall torque converter but i would need your core in return. if i get an offer that could persuade me to pull it out of my car i just might do it!

look what else i found...a pair of the nice sounding cls55 mufflers with tips! the driver's side tips have a dent that may or may not need to be fixed (may not be able to see it when they're mounted) $300
