What do you need? One piston? A set of 8 pistons?

Where are you located?
What happened? Did you burn your #8 piston with detonation or lean condition? Are you sure the block is ok still?

Damn... You need more than a piston my friend. You need a new block, or you need iron sleeves installed and new pistons made for iron sleeves.

pig-iron sleeves? Or allyuminevy sleeves? And it is possible to insert only one cylinder a sleeve?

Yes you can sleeve just one cylinder, but then yould either need to strip the ferrous coating off a stock replacement piston, or get another piston made for an iron bore that weighed the same as a stock one.
Your best bet is probably to just buy another running engine out of a wrecked car.

Where do you live?

I live in Russia. We have motors very expensive. Installation of a sleeve stands up $300 for the cylinder.
And how to clean a covering from the piston? It is impossible to change simply rings for cast iron?

You can most likely find rings to use in an iron sleeve no problem. Mahle is the manufacturer of your original pistons, and I have been told that they can recoat the piston to be used in iron bore, but I don't know how long it takes or how much. If you need one piston I have one I can give you, or send to Mahle to have them recoat. The reason it needs to be recoated is that the original block sleeve is aluminum. So the piston needs to be coated in an iron coating so that the two are a dissimilar metal and don't gouge each other.

To use the stock piston in an iron bore, the iron coating needs to be stripped and a standard antifriction coating needs to be applied to the skirts.

Nice work! like I said before, if you want just one get me your address Ill send it to you, but you'll need to figure out what you're doing with that sleeve or that block, because it's damaged for sure.

Question such - in case of sleeves pig-iron sleeves mill the unit plane, how many it is most possible to remove mm that pistons wouldn't reach a head.

I think I understand what you're asking. If you're asking about milling the deck of the block after installing sleeves, I would remove as little material as possible because the head gaskets are very thin (.020 inch)

manual max. 0.3mm (0.0118)? but it is written it is necessary to process saddles of valves....
I think it will be necessary to cut pistons bottom

Such question: if to take the unit of the engine from s500 5.0L, and to deliver the crankshaft and pistons from 55k, will work?Difference of block engine 55amg and 500 in additional to a bolt sideways on 1 and 5th cover of the crankshaft?

I don't know the answer of the question you ask for certain, but I know for fact that the block from s500 5.0L is not the same as AMG. All of the difference I do not know, I was told the sleeves are different. PM "Shardul" he knows more than I do.

Here is a picture of block from 55 supercharger
