FS: [M113ML, 55k] Belt Wrap kits for sale (Europe)
Hello everybody!
I offer:
Belt Wrap Kits for M113ML (= 55K engines)
In Europe is the supply of reliable and affordable Belt Wrap Kits not that well.
So a friend of mine and I decided to design a own HQ Belt Wrap Kit.
Limited to 10 sets!
Price:
350€
Scope of delivery:
- Bracket
- Screws
- New AMG Idler Pulley (OEM-part)
- NEW HD belt from truck application for 172mm Crank Pulley
- Installation guide
If you have different pulley setup, I need to know this to send you the right belt.
Expected date of start of delivery will be 5th of May.
Delivery in Europe.

I'm maybe interested. Could you get any pics ?
And also, would I be able to buy it without the "- New AMG Idler Pulley (OEM-part)" at a reduced price ? As I have 1 just laying around...
Also I have the stock crank pulley, but the 83mm clutched SC pulley..

Pics of all parts will be made on weekend, when I mount it in my car.
Then pics of mounted kit are also available.
Please be a little pacient.
We will test it on weekend at the following setups:
- OEM crank pulley and OEM SC pulley
- OEM crank pulley and 83mm SC pulley
- 172mm crank pulley and OEM SC pulley
Up to now tested:
- 176mm crank pulley and 83mm SC pulley.
@alander:
OEM idler pulley costs about 50€ with my dealer discount.
If you want to, I can cut the kit for this position and price and of course I will send you the matching belt for your setup.

Hello alltogether.
Today we tested some setups with different belt sizes.
The following setups are tested:
- oem
- upper pulley -4mm
- 172mm crank pulley
- 172mm crank pulley and upper pulley -4mm
- 180mm crank pulley and upper pulley -4mm

If you are 2 mechanic, you need about 11 minutes to mount.
If you are alone, you have to relax the tensioner of first belt drive additionally. Needs about 5 min more.
