Frustrating dealer service experience

EQB300 needs service A. Spoke with 2 dealers in North Jersey who claim to offer express service. One said they do not offer express service for EQB, EQE or EQS and the other said they offer express service only by appointment with the next appointment in something like 2 weeks. My dealer is about 35 minutes away in NY (I avoid buying cars in NJ due to exhorbitant doc fees which are capped at $175 in NY). Spoke with my service advisor who asked when I wanted to come in. Gave him a day and a time range and said sure-- they will do it in an hour. BTW, I have had similar sales experiences with these particular NJ dealers.

If the service you received is legit and failed to provide 'quality' service, keep an eye out for the survey. Those service guys need all 10s (nothing lower than a 9) to get their 'bonuses'.
