Charging Issues - A Cautionary Tale
I contacted Mercedes me from the car only to be told that I had the wrong number. When I called the number for the EV Mercedes me help line I was given I asked for road side assistance (whatever you do don't ask for customer service unless you want to wait for many minutes and then be cut off). I was told to do a soft reset by using the fob to lock and unlock the car three times. Then wait 5-10 minutes. That seemed to work -BUT I was told that I should do a soft reset every few times I charged the car. I will contact the local MB service tomorrow.

The Service Department folks were outstanding.



I'm really in no rush to install poorly tested updates... someone else can be the guinea pig.
