about to purchase a new 2023 EQE 4-Matic - good deal ?
We are in the market for an electric vehicle after I fell in love with it while driving a rental in Germany last month
After some research, I believe we would like an EQE 350 SUV 4-matic. I did find one online: NEW - but 2023 ( no loaner or demo ), blue, driver assistance package and a few more options. MSRP came out $84,5xx. The MB dealership is offering it for approx. $53,000 plus tax, title .... Sounds like a good deal to me, but is it ??
As far as I understand the vehicle will not qualify for the $7,500 tax credit since it's original MSRP is over $80k - correct ?
Would appreciate some thoughts and advise - thank you

the orice seems right but the only caveat is do u want to own an electric car w a 300m range when 3-5 yrs from now the avg range may be 500-700m and the car will suffer some serious depreciation. But honestly if u figure the car costs u 600\month for 4yrs that would be 28k and will it be worth 25k then?
FWIW I own one, our first electric and like it a lot.

I live in VA but title my cars in MT. That saves me sales tax and yearly personal property tax. I have no idea if and how this would be possible with a leased vehicle. I believe in my case, buying is the better choice vs leasing.
