A dealer in Chicago (a five-hour drive for us) had a 3600-mile EQE SUV for almost $25k discounted. Former loaner. I'd have done the same with the sedan, though those don't seem to be as popular for loaners - I'm glad with what I ordered, though the discounts at the time were pretty meager in comparison. Either way now, good deals can be had!

You can't really break-in a BEV wrong like with an ICE or (P)HEV vehicle. And as someone else mentioned with the bathtub curve, a BEV might actually get MORE reliable as it ages a bit. Buying one used, especially one that was stoopid expensive new and has depreciated a bunch, makes a lot of sense to me.

Sure! Loeber Motors, it's in Lincolnwood, Illinois. They were pretty straightforward, super efficient, and I was in and out, complete with trade-in process, in about an hour. They knew I was coming in from far, so they had the car added to Mercedes Me Connect before I even arrived, paperwork ready, just needed to confirm the appraisal on the trade and I was ready to go. My main dealer is MB of Louisville, wonderful folks!
