There are some interesting unique features for the chinese market and it's not available elsewhere.

• interior camera
• pillows for headrests
• "boss control" for R rear passenger to move the front seat.
• extended rear central arm rest
• different rear seats (?longer seat length)
• Dual charging ports - CCS+GB/T charge ports

This chinese market version will be manufactured in BBAC plant in Beijing, China, and not imported from Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

This should bring some relief to the Chinese customers as there is supposedly some quality control issue at that plant, particularly concerning the EQE sedan production line.
Hopefully the QC of the SUV line will be improved.

Anyway, that guy in the video mentioned there are 10 features that are specific to the Chinese market.
6 are listed in OP and what are the remaining 4?

It seems the 4 are:- (according to this video )
7. Total length, width and height increases (slightly) while the wheelbase remains the same. This translates to bigger interior space.
8. Front grille logo is illuminated at night
9. Illuminated welcome lighting for doors and side boards
10. Double pane acoustic glass for front windows

I think 8, 9, 10 are available in other markets too.
As for the the dimension, it is slightly longer (4880 mm vs 4864 mm), but actually slightly lower and narrower.

I find #7 truly amazing, as it implies they have a different body (or at least portions of a body) for the Chinese version. Can't help but think of all the inventory and manufacturing inefficiency of that...just for a few mm!

Actually, this is pretty minor compared with other models.
Many other models have a special long wheel base "L" version in China, like this new GLC-L which means different chassis, and many different body panels just for one market.
