EQE WITH 4 WHEEL STEERING???

EQS Sedan
EQE WITH 4 WHEEL STEERING???
I have a '23 EQS sedan on a 2 year lease so it's getting time to replace it. We love the car but would prefer to get something just a bit smaller but with all the same creature comforts. Is 4 wheel (rear wheel) steering available on the EQE sedans??? We find that an outstanding feature when parking or entering/exiting the garage.

2024 EQE 500
Yes, my EQE has 10 degree rear axle steering. My previous EQE (350) did as well.

Yup, both sedan and SUV have this as a $1300 or so option. On the sedan, it should be made standard because of the wheelbase length, but it's an option for now

Not sure if sedan is same but on EQE SUV was standard on 500 and optional on 350. Performance boost was never offered for my 500 though so I kind of wish I had gone the cheaper route myself. Just get both those options and you're almost as fast for a lot less money.

If you buy an EQE (sedan or SUV) with 21" wheels, so 4.5inch rear steering, and then put on 19 or 20" wheels, can you activate full 10deg steering? or is the hardware different?

Yes, I have it on my 2023 EQE Sedan and absolutely love it. I cannot imaging getting another car without it. My wife's 2023 EQE SUV doesn't have it and I miss it every time I am behind the wheel.

The 2025 EQE500 sedan only offers the 4.5 degree rear wheel steering as a no cost option.
Is there coding to enable 10 degree steering?
