Has anyone added more than one user to mbux ? I had the first user set up at the dealership. However I am not able to add more users. I am asked to scan the QR code that takes second user to Mercedes me app - but only one car can be connected to the app.
I have just had my 580 for three days so am still learning the many, many settings. When I start the car my first screen is the one for my PIN number and there is the option to switch user. When I add my PIN Number the second screen comes up with the option to add user.

Have you actually tried adding the second user ? This is where I get stuck after scanning the QR code.
Since the user information is connected to the individual phone have you tried copying the QR code with a different phone?
Yes tried it .. scanning the QR code in second phone just leads to the App Store to install the app. Once installed you get a message that only one user can connect to the car.

If you are struggling with this, go to the dealership. Most Mercedes dealers have an employee who helps customers with technical questions and Mercedes Me setup.
