I LOVE the styling of the ID.Buzz. It'll be interesting to compare it to the forthcoming GV90.
I couldn't resist the EV credit discounts ending this month. The GV90 is definitely attractive and should be way more luxurious than the Buzz but I think it may not be for sale for another year; I couldn't resist taking advantage of the EV credits and discounts expiring this month so I went with the Buzz, it's just a fun and very convenient family hauler. Good point though, the GV90 will be a contender to the VLS for me.

Keep us posted on how the Buzz works out. I wish VW would have put in more nostalgia like some retro dash parts, but it is still fun to have the bus back.

I just drove my wife's new 2026 GV60 Performance. Wow, it's a very comfortable and quiet vehicle. I never test drove it; I only recommended some vehicles to my wife, as it's her daily and not mine. It's been a while since I drove my favorite EQ given to me as a loaner earlier this year, the EQE AMG, but dare I say that the GV60 is right up there in interior comfort and quality. I'd say the only thing I think I would miss from Mercedes is soft-close doors.
While I love my ID Buzz as a fun family local hauler, the suspension is horrible and the interior is acceptable; it's a VW after all. The suspension is not as bad as a Tesla Model Y but not that much better either. I'm really looking forward to additional 3-row EV options like the GV90 and VLS. I might trade the Buzz in for one of them, most likely the VLS because sliding doors are incredibly convenient with kids.
