2023 CPO EQS 580 SUV for Sale
Masano Mercedes-Benz of Reading, PA has listed our trade. It is a Certified Pre-Owned with new tires, it is super clean, garage kept so the paint is in great condition, we had it ceramic coated when new, and it has low milage.

I was really excited about purchasing this exact EQS a few weeks ago and having it shipped to Texas. However, the process was incredibly frustrating due to poor communication and service, which ultimately led me to swear off Mercedes entirely. Since then, I’ve been exploring Porsche options, though I still find the EQS very appealing. I’m not sure what I’m going to do yet. The 992 cabriolet is very appealing too. 😁

I was really excited about purchasing this exact EQS a few weeks ago and having it shipped to Texas. However, the process was incredibly frustrating due to poor communication and service, which ultimately led me to swear off Mercedes entirely. Since then, I’ve been exploring Porsche options, though I still find the EQS very appealing. I’m not sure what I’m going to do yet. The 992 cabriolet is very appealing too. 😁

They sell a lot of Mercedes to other dealerships and people who live out-of-state so I'm surprised and sorry that your deal didn't go as planned.

I have to agree, the dealerships suck at providing updates. When I ordered my car I was told it would be three months. Due to parts shortages, it was not built until almost eight months later, then took about a month to arrive at the dealership and get prepped. I had to call the dealership every time I wanted an update (mostly finding out the build date had slipped, eventually slipping enough I received the next model year!) and frequently it took multiple calls to reach someone who could tell me anything.
I gave that feedback to Mercedes USA, and promptly got a call from the dealership asking what they could do to make the situation right and get me to change the review. I did get some extras from that, but honestly I don't think they learned their lesson that Mercedes customers expect to hear from the dealership about deals in progress.
