Guys, this abomination is so ugly to me.
It looks like the w222 is the last beautiful S-Class. This is a shame.

I predict it will sell very well as long as the battery life is competitive. I'e been waiting for an electric sedan with higher levels of luxury than provided by the Tesla S. This is not an S class. This is the EQS. The new S class is not electric.

You may or may not recall but the EQS will look different than the next version S Class (w223). So the EQS is NOT the w223. It essentially states this in the referenced article. So if you do not want the 100% EV, you will not be buying this electric “abomination” as you so state unless you were waiting for the EQS specifically.
