What Are You Trading In for your EQS?

As the thread title states, what are you trading in, or upgrading from into your EQS? Is it an S-Class, another EV, or just another luxury car all together?

I'm trading in (or sell myself) my 2019 S450 for the EQS580.

Me too! Didn't trade it in, I just sold my S63 AMG coupe to a local dealership a couple of months ago. I sold it because I planned to put in an order for a 2022 EQS, but the ADMs this year are just too much. I also saw somewhere that all allocations for 2022 are spoken for, so I will be waiting until next year to place an order. My main concern now is that Auto News reported that MB executives stated that even after the chip shortage has been resolved, they will be continuing to keep the supply low to keep prices high. A couple of other OEMs stated the same thing. So this pricing insanity may continue. The only hope now is that customers start to just say no, we are not buying at these inflated prices.

2018 Tesla Model X 100D which is already giving me separation anxiety. I love my Model X.

2022 Mercedes EQS 580
I already sold my 2018 Panamera Turbo S e-hybrid for the EQS. Was expecting the EQS580 to replace it in the fall. So now I'm stuck driving our spare car.

2018 S560; 2022 EQS450+
Nothing.

Thought I might trade our ‘18 S560, but after my wife drove it instead of her RX 350 on a couple 600 mile round trips, she said, “No.”

So we will have two S cars.

Like the French chef said, “Regardez les escargots!”

Oh, well…

E43 AMG. The EQS better deliver the E43 has been the best car Ive owned; fast, comfortable and totally reliable. The only maintenance ever has been the brakes at 50k miles, remarkable given that I've tracked the car for full day sessions twice!
