Online Music (Apple Music) not loading

Has anyone had any issues with Apple Music playing songs using the Online Music section in the Media menu??? I do have the T Mobile hotspot fully activated.

I haven’t tried in the last two days but I had the exact same issue two days ago and I also have the data package installed. Spotify works without issue.

Any reason why you would not play Apple music through CarPlay?

I hate Apple CarPlay. I had it installed on my previous car thinking I would like it but never used it. I prefer just using the cars infotainment system.

That's what I'm doing now but was playing around with the built-in apps to see if and how they worked.

Got it. In the Taycan, I had to get some sort of confirmation through Apple before it would play on the car interface. Did you have that step in the EQS?

Same for me, all services under online music have stopped loading. I use Amazon music, and it worked fine until two days ago. I called Connect me customer care, but they didn't know about any issue that may be causing this to happen. I also tried deactivating and reactivating the online music service but it still didn't help.

There are three threads on this topic:

"Online Music" suddenly unavailable

I don't have the forum skills to merge them, etc., but it is clear this is a backend server issue. Anyone have any thoughts as to how we can communicate this to MB together?
