EQS Scam was fixed by dealer after 2 months. Turns out they had to replace the entire front motor at 100 miles. So in four months of "ownership" dealer has had it longer than I. Anyway, so far so good.

I’ve been to the dealer three times
- first time they tried telling me my foot wasn’t on the brake when trying to start
- second time I got a “could not duplicate”
- and third time I was told that Mercedes was working on a software update and to just deal with it in the meantime (paperwork said “could not duplicate”)
I have multiple videos of this happening but my dealer doesn’t seem that concerned.. don’t know where to go from here 🤦♂️

I know where you go from here. You document each problem meticulously (including receipts, dates, times , who you talked to etc etc and what they did to fix or not fix it). The you call MB and tell them to open a case. Then finally you look up lemon laws in your state and open a case with the Attorney General. That's where you go/
