"Online Music" suddenly unavailable
I don't have the forum skills to merge them, etc., but it is clear this is a backend server issue. Anyone have any thoughts as to how we can communicate this to MB together?

The EQ customer service line is (855) 502-3851. Maybe if you called as well they’d start to look into it.
When I change to my old iPhone 11, both CarPlay and Bluetooth unit works.
the New phone asks me to buy internet access. When your phone asks for that you should not cancel it. Just let it be and wait, then CarPlay plays again.
it is not your car but the New iPhones and Apple would not help.
