Time for a Positive Word
I am very happy to report that on this beautiful Sunday I drove my wife and my walker to church, then lunch, then home.
Not only were there no EQS problems, in my 11 months of ownership, there have never been any problems. I will say that, because I’m basically a tightwad, and because I don’t care for fancy sophisticated systems, I didn’t buy any, nor do I hardly use any standard ones. It helps avoid making life teejus! 👍 😃
I love 😍💕 my beautiful car!
How easy it is to slide my walker into the huge trunk!
Wishing you the best possible Holiday Season from lucky ole me ‼️

She has driven the 450 several times, and has always been very complimentary of it. Today, she just couldn’t make strong enough remarks about how much she likes driving it.
Never the first comment about the feel of the brakes or anything else such.
She goes on many more such trips than I do. I told her, “Take it whenever you want to.” She grinned from ear to ear.
Wonderful!
It's the first time I've used Navigation on an Interstate connecting with another Interstate. I know the route well, but wanted to see how the Nav handled it. I was very pleased to see the info that came up on my screen, (Not Hyperscreen)) in the way of informing me of upcoming turns, showed camera images of overpasses, intersections, etc. Very pleased!!.
Also got some good experience with cruise control and distancing. All around, a very good and valuable experience.
On the flip side, I had made this appointment last Saturday for this morning, for a service check and the two recall. Only after sitting for 45 minutes was I told the part was not in stock and would be ordered. No checkup had been done on tire pressures, washer fluid, etc., as I had requested when I booked the appointment. The service manager did finally tell me that when they got the part in, they would drive a loaner to me (Bet it's not an EQ!) and take my car back for the tow part installation. Was also told they had to inspect the car before they could order the part. Told me only 71 cars were involved in this recall, and only mine was one they had sold.
C'est la vie.
