When I come close to the car and usually all the handles will pop out. But sometimes when I come close to the car, all the handles pop out but except the front right one. Does anyone have the same problems? Any advice to fix this or is this a function?

Sounds like a software issue if the hardware itself is working properly in other times.
Since the failure is intermittent I am more inclined to think it's a mechanical issue. A rear door handle on my car failed. It would pop in and out and would work to open the door. But the car could not be locked or unlocked using that door handle. The fix was a new handle which would have cost $500 with installation if not under warranty.

It’s fixed now. But at the time, it did pop out when approaching the car. However it would not open when swiping or lock when pressing the recessed area.

I had a similar issue on the passenger rear door handle. It started to make noises and a thumping sound when finally opening. It was fixed under warrantee. They had to replace the bearing bracket and frame.
A CUSTOMER STATES THE PASSENGER SIDE REAR DOR HANDLE DOES NOT COME OUT. PREVIOUSLY IT WOUL MAKE A NOISE WHEN IT MOVED. NOW ITS NOT COMING OUT AT ALL.
