Yesterday, right after we parked in the parking lot to tailgate prior to the ISU-UCF football game, several people came tell that my EQS 580 is nothing like they have ever seen. They were astounded in a good way, by everything they saw outside and inside the car. They commented that this car is SO much better than a Tesla. I replied that I would never buy a Tesla and that I also despise Musk.

Btw, it was an incredible game and ISU came back from down 14 in the second half to win. The last drive was magical.

Minneapolis and back, central Missouri and back. It is just not a big deal in my life. I'm taking an 11 hour road trip in my EQB with only 220 mile of range this week--I'm not the least concerned about getting power.
Same here in central WI. Although level 3 is touch and go, dealer 50KW chargers are pretty much everywhere. Finally, as many around here know, I took it across the western "great charger desert" ( Dakotas, Montana Wyoming Idaho Washington) on a 4000 mile drive without a problem. Charging is not yet a breeze but if you have a level charger in your home charging is a very minor hassle. Finally, if the lack of look adulation is a problem "someone" should have never bought a 125 THOUSAND dollar car that he didn't like. The whole thing sounds like BS from a 15 year old poser to me.

Yup, back from my trip. About 1000 miles in my EQB--with 210 miles of range or so at this time of year. Again, I'm stumped about all the hand ringing about charging. I'd stop for 20-25 minute charges about every 2.5 hours. I can't drive further than that anyway without a break. I didn't even plan charging before I left. It was just a non issue, full stop. If I would have taken the EQS, even moreso--I would have stopped regardless because I would have needed a break.
