I own a 2022 EQS AMG and its so frustrating that I randomly get email communications in German and also some websites login are in German until I am logged in. I have owned multiple other German manufacture vehicles and none of those other companies ever get the language information so screwed up. I love my care but absolutely hate the customer experience of Mercedes Benz. I have contacted customer support and they have tried to help but unfortumately the issue still continues. Anyone else in the US are seeing these issues?

Yes I think the password verification prompts leads you to some emails or sites that are written in German. Most browsers can easily translate but it is odd.

I was recently logged out of the Mercedes Me app and needed a 6-digit code sent via email to log back in. However, the email was in German, which seems unusual for a North American user like me. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered German text in the app or on the Mercedes Me website when trying to log in.
While I was ultimately able to figure it out and log in, it was definitely an unnecessary hassle. You'd think Mercedes would recognize my location and provide a region-appropriate user experience.
