Mercedes Me Connect Subscription
For $150 annual, does anyone find this useful or worth the money? I understand that if your vehicle is stolen, the tracker is priceless (hopefully if they find the car in one piece). As for the other features, it seem that your phone can do the rest aside from remote lock/unlock.

With the electric vehicle like the EQS, shows the range, charging stations, charge level, pre-set conditions, pre-set departure time, pre-entry climate control (similar to ICE's remote start but no engine of course), I guess pre-heat the battery (?)..

There are simply too many bundled features I would miss if I didn't have the subscription. Even though I probably use only about half of them—perhaps even fewer—the features that are important to my preferences are too critical for me to go without.

I get about $15/off my annual car insurance bill for having the tracking.
And I honestly didn't realize (a month into ownership) that I could watch YouTube videos in the car without having my smartphone in the car, nor being connected to my home wireless. My wife was in the grocery store and I was sitting in the car watching Throttle House.

my screen shows 5G often, so i guess i have it, car is EU cpo also came with free connect package for a year, few months ago i was heavy on native tidal online music streaming but then i noticed every end of month i got data throttle (prob due to in car vodafone) so switched to bluetooth streaming now, rather than 5g i would love to have offline hifi in car streaming if tidal auto would let me download, so lets say any app should use some internal/external disc space to auto download your subscribed music/podcast/videos etc on scheduled time without waking up other comps. that you can monitor disc space on car, but i gotta admit leave alone disc space and data usage monitoring my info section is the worst on entire mbux, knowing what amount of data being used for what would be a dream
