1) jack murphy stadium hosted the 914's with an autocross meet. so racing can be had in that parking lot.
2) why not invite the dodge sprinter people since those are 100% mbz with the exception of the 3 dodge stickers.
3) is anyone inviting freuhauf/freightliner since mbz owns them?
4) maybe an irl mbz will stop buy or a clk-gtr by dtm

Just so you know ... Having the old Classic MB's would be great. There are some vintage MB's showing up from the local MBCA section, so they wouldn't be entirely surrounded by newer models. It's worth a shot, and I'm sure they may know some other vintage MB owners who might drive down.

how should we arrange the cars at the meet ? Help me decide.....
Since we're having soooo many MB's/AMG's signing up for the JULY 9th meet in Encinitas (San Diego), CA
I was wondering, what the best way would be to arrange the cars for the photo-shoot.
- same color vehicles: red, brill silver, black, white, all other colors ??
- same body / chassis style: C-Coupés, W124, convertibles, C230K Sedans, ////AMG's, etc...
- by model year: vintage/classics, 2005, 1990's, etc....
- one-offs: SMART, CLS500, AMG Wagon, etc....
open to any & all ideas.... this should be really fun, and nice to have such a large variety of models all in one place !

About the arrangement of cars...I think same body / chassis style would be nice and also generation. like...you'll have the W124's then the W210 and then the W211 and so forth. That would make great for pictures. I wouldn't mind arranging them by color either.

I'm going to get there early, around 1pm to arrange cars as they are coming in.... if anyone else wants to come early and help be a field-marshall/steward, that would be great !

I usually travel the 80-120 miles for all the L.A. & O.C. meets...
