Sucks we dont have more members in the area - blah must be driving hondas and bmws (gag)
Any how I am all about meeting up (As you may know) its been raining here in Orlando (Today) 27th of February - so I dont know that sonics will be kicking. Addendum..
Hey folks, trying to get a Orlando get together going. Lots of people claim they want to do it, then never back it up - so what I am proposing because it is kind of hard to check the forms all the time is to create a phone list for the locals. Or at least a email list so we can have direct contact with one another.
Maybe we can get together on the weekend sat/sunday during the day and do a cruise for lunch or something? Good way to represent the Mercedes Benz's. Young and old alike! =)

What ever happened to this idea? We have enough people to make a decent get together? I am from SW Florida (Naples/Ft Myers) so it would be a drive for me. New to the board just got a Renntech C320 sports coupe and love it!

I will still meet up...I say we set up for one saturday night and go to Waterford Lakes off alafaya....Lots of cars shows go on there, and we would get alot of attention there....Waterford lakes is in Orlando off the alafaya exit.

We have been talking about this forever..lets see if we can get this to work out...I have a place we can go and its very nice...Its in Orlando, and its in Waterford Lakes shopping center...Its like a outdoor mall and a movie theater....Many people go there and they use to hold TONS of car shows and still do on weekends...Whoever is interested, email me, and ill call the mangement of the property to get permission....They will even rope our cars so nobody can park in our area....just need to make sure we have enough people first....I pick Saturday..Any Saturday day or night will be fine...Please let me know your feedback

i think late afternoon/evening would be better, that way most of us that have to make drives won't drive at night when most of the bugs are attracted to headlights. God knows the 3 1/2 hour drive from Miami is going to leave my car pretty dirty by the time i get there. But i think it would be a great idea, i would definitely go but we definitely have to have plenty of time in advance b/c i work saturdays and i'm sure a lot of others do as well
