Coronado Classic Speed Festival - 8 & 9 October
Awesome event....
I will be posting the Mercedes-Benz related pics here,
and the non Mercedes-Benz pics will be in the OFF TOPIC forum.
The 190SL International Group was out in full force, most coming down from Orange County.
In the actual speed races, a 1955 red 190SL from Orange County, CA, and a 1955 silver 300SL Gullwing from Scottsdale, AZ sped around the track.
Bob's E55 ////AMG was out there too....
so here are the pics:
I will be posting the Mercedes-Benz related pics here,

but the rest of the 190SL International Group will be there.
Most are from southern Orange County, so Irvine is just around the corner for them.....
Also, talked to the Orange County MBCA Section, and they will have a contingent of vintage/classics there as well. Lisa, let me know that they have published a front page ad in their monthly STAR Bulletin, promoting the October 15th Irvine MB Meet. The San Diego MBCA Section has done the same thing.... so we should be seeing quite a few of really nice classic MB's rolling up to the meet !
