DC/MD/VA Fall Race Day @ MIR (10-31-05)
(Just an FYI for those who are unaware of this, having not seen it on other Forums)
When?) Monday October 31 from 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Where?) MIR (Maryland International Raceway) http://www.mirdrag.com/
Who?) Forced Induction Cars (Mostly)
Cost?) $100 per car, free to watch, can swap drivers for no extra $$! (Pay when you arrive)
We have a guy who will be cooking on-site all day, so bring some hot-dogs, burgers, or your other favorite grill food.
Look forward to seeing a bunch of AMG guys! We already have three C32s showing up, and we have a bunch of other FI cars showing up. Last srping we had about 35 cars show up, and the best times dipped into the 9s by an AMG owner, but he was driving his supra.

BTW, the reason it is $100 is because MIR is an awesome track. They are treating the first 60' for us, and you can run as much as you want to. Some guys got in 20+ runs in the spring. There are rarely more then 2 cars in line to stage at any point.

It was a blast! My best time was a 12.2 @ 109. We had 3 C32s there, but only 2 ran. There were some cars there that dipped into the 8s. There was one supra there that had a tri-turbo setup.
