Hey guys,

Sorry about canceling the date of our meet. The date change of my important private event came first! Sorry! As I promised I was going to try and get ahold of Carlos for a meet sometime in March. I came home for lunch today and found a letter from him all the way from Cuba. He is doing well protecting our fine nation. He said he misses all of us. I think he just misses spending money modding his alamod. His letter said that he didn't know when he was coming back.

James, Lisa and a few of you said you would like to have a big meet. James you are so good at being a cyber ***** will you help? Lisa you are great at putting together an organized party. Any other takers? I was thinking sometime in March? I think we can get the sponsers to show up again and make it a nice one.

I'm in except for the planning part. Think Lisa would do a much better job at that than me. Rosebowl is cool with me but again my planning isn't very good so i'll leave that up to Lisa or whomever can do a good job of planning. Sorry for not being a cyber ***** lately. Tis the season.

I'm good whenever, Benzgal, or anyone else for that matter, if there is anything any of you would need regarding the meet, feel free to ask.

Cool look forward to meeting you.

James,
I really wasn't expecting you to plan. I was hoping that you could take on Carlos's old role as web updater and putting the word out on all of the boards.

I'm sure Brad, Lisa and a few others will help plan it.

Lexani,
Thank you for the offer.

Its not a problem, Angela. I'll find out the wknd that the parking lot out there isn't filled and we'll go from there. We've had past get togethers here so we know the restaurants to go after and everything. Lexani can maybe be the guy who posts on other threads since he is another who rules at this. I'll get together with you, Angela, and work out the date, and anything else you need for your new meet

Cool Lisa. I knew I could count on you. Let's go to lunch next Tuesday and plan it. I should be back in town that morning. We can put together a list of sponsers to invite.

James darlin can you start another thread about this when we get a good date? That way the thread has the meet date and info.

I will throw in an IPOD nano for the first raffle prize. A new one of course.

Have a great New Years guys. Be safe.

Aww you know I would have loved to party with you guys that day. Carmen is so bummed that her B-Day party is cancelled. Oh well my event only happens once so it is what it is. I promise I will make it up to you Vic.
You could help me get Simon to give up a good prize. Start working on him.

Too much power under my hood. I need someone... faster to race... Vic, perhaps...?

Or a Murcielago?

Anycar, anywhere, anytime-- bring it on. :v

Since it looks like there are more people that want to set up this meet besides me, I'll just sit back, be quiet, and follow directions. Just tell me where and when and I'll be there.

Oh btw, if there are any people from out of state comin to this and they need a room at a hotel (best western) near by, I got hook-ups...

And if timing permits and you guys want, I might bring out my other lil toy...well see...

I'm always down for the Rosebowl meet. Plan on Lot K.

Also need to check the rosebowl.com website to make sure there are no planned swapmeets.

Since Fuddrucker's Pasadena is closed, need to decide on a restaurant to eat at afterwards. Consider somewhere in Monrovia as good start (plenty of parking).

What? Since when is Fuddruckers closed? We just went there... not too long ago. Maybe your thinking of a different restaurant?
