We should hit the track one day. no not sac raceway...more like...thunderhill...what do you think? (just throwing out ideas)

I'm interested. Lots of different options: group convoy drive; track day; dinner/drinks on a resaurant patio where we can hang a flag & park cars in front; or some combination.

oh man we're getting some reaction out of this. i dunno. this is totally up in the air..what sounds best? a track day or a caravan drive (which might not work out for me since my GF would just die of boredom, and not relate to anyone older than us {im 20..lol}) but id still go.

For those in the bay area ... don't forget there will be a Kronen meet in Fremont coming soon. I think they might be postponing it due to rain though. It is supposed to be this Saturday but if it looks like it will rain they will move it.

we'll set a date. when sounds good? 2 months from now? 3 months? day after tomorrow? lol
lets set a rough date and then work with it. Ill call thunderhill and see if we can get a group thing goin on. im sure if we group up with the volvo club in sacramento (they have some souped (sp?) up volvos, i have to say), we can get a pretty good discount and keep the track to ourselves.
and then i have to see when my car will be fixed =( my clk lost a battle against a yellow pole at 5 mph at my work, and i was going to jus tleave it till i can get it fixed in a couple months, but the alaignment got jacked up and the metal threads are sticking out of my front right tire....DAMNIT!

I know a bunch of benz owners (bnzsport and club202) around Sacramento and we usually have a BBQ in March.
Last year it was good because we have some bay area peeps show up. We should be posting up some info very soon.

Count me in... if it fits. I prefer a track day or drive instead of just a meet. Like others, I have alot of other things going on right now. Plus, I am setting aside some key days for AutoX, tracking, and driving school. I hope none of it conflicts. Please PM when it's decided. I always forget to check the 'events' forum.
