free... Ima try and get a grill and maybe we can BBQ at the event or something, Ive never done an autoX before so I dont really know what will go on

Um, I'd strongly urge you guys not to attempt a bbq at the autox. First of all, I don't think it's legal there. Secondly, it would suck there. And thirdly, you'd be possibly *******g with the Porche group's standing with the facility.
There are several parks in the area that would work. I'd suggest that as an alternative. I most probably cannot make Saturday, but would volunteer to set up the bbq offsite during the autox, if that's given any serious thought.
