Um, I'd strongly urge you guys not to attempt a bbq at the autox. First of all, I don't think it's legal there. Secondly, it would suck there. And thirdly, you'd be possibly *******g with the Porche group's standing with the facility.
There are several parks in the area that would work. I'd suggest that as an alternative. I most probably cannot make Saturday, but would volunteer to set up the bbq offsite during the autox, if that's given any serious thought.

Honestly I dont know, I remember Rob saying something about food, but I havent heard from him, he has been pretty busy as of late...
