Inform ctC230K the meet can't be moved just for him.

Wish him a Happy Birthday nonetheless.

Put finishing touches/editing on the AMG Movie.

Hire local Police Captain for added security.

Take Friday off work.

Detail the AMG

Prepare for the biggest AMG/GTG this place has ever seen!

Cool. We will have a hose available if you need to wash your car (please bring your own wash bucket and suds), plus there will be a mobile detailer on-site.

I noticed they even posted that they are sending a european car to our event. The big boys are taking real interest. How many did you end up with?

If you are a registered Private Lounge member, you are automatically entered. We are preparing for 50 cars, not counting those that will just pop in for the photo shoot (which could add another 5-10 cars). Some are bringing guests, so I expect we are looking at a crowd of 70+ people.

Guys how about friday night. need to sort something out meet time at the hotel? or a bar or dinning place of choice we can meet up at. it would be a pitty to waste friday night if people are coming from so far and still have a little energy for a little social.

What time are you getting to the hotel? I'll be there by Noon and unless I have an errand to run, should be there for the duration.

I am certain there will be a group getting together Friday evening, but since we don't have a headcount, it is difficult to put specific plans in motion. We have elected to "play it by ear" on Friday night....but we will be doing some type of group dinner, probably after 7pm.

Sounds cool to me.. maybe hotel bar between 6:30- 7:30? apologies for the multiply forum post didn't know which one you frequent the most.

we will be there early also. well depends how long it takes us to get from Mississippi to atlanta, but I think we will be there mid afternoon. if we don't find too much to draw our attention on the drive.

No problem. There will be a hose at the hotel if you want to wash your car, but please bring your own wash bucket and suds. There will also be a mobile detailer on-site should you desire to engage his services.

Be careful on the trip over.
