Upon receipt of the completed registration, you'll be sent a confirmation via e-mail. In addition, lunch and dinner passes (given to you when you arrive) will be provided only to those who have pre-registered.....the room will be controlled access, as we will be charged by the hotel for each "place/seat" reserved.
If we have an additional 10-20 people in the room there is no way I or the hotel can keep track of those not holding a meal pass, other than restricting access to the room. To make it simple, anyone who desires to attend the Lunch/Tech Session or the Dinner/Banquet will have to be pre-paid. These are the only times when door prizes will be handed out.

Beowulf- Thanks so much!!! You clerified EVERYTHING! It's going to be $210 because 2 are going to be at Tech Session but 4 at the dinner.
Also, I'll bring to attention, the Hilton said that the AMG Event rooms are full, so I had to pay regular price. I went head and booked 2 rooms today. (it was only $76 a night for 2 double beds). Also, the Hilton said my age would not be a problem to check in, good news!
Well, as soon as I get comfirmed tonight my friend is going, I'll send the registration and check! I CAN'T WAIT!!
PS- Brian, shoot me a PM, we could probably meet up and ride out together.

Pushing 30 (paid, in hand)....with another 40 "promises". We still have three weeks till the registration deadline. I imagine we will hit our goal of 75+ cars and 10 states represented.
