Following up the previous post, if you guys want to get together for dinner before the drive back, there's also a restaurant called "Laundry" about 15 minutes from the center of Montauk in East Hampton. We'd drive right past it anyway. The food is UNBELIEVABLE and reasonably priced. Google "laundry east hampton" and the first link will take you there, menu included. I know the owner and would be happy to reach out to him about setting something up for us as a group - but this may be tough depending on what time we want to eat - being Sunday afternoon and all.

I was at the Montauk Light House last year

Hey man, I'm sorry I could not make it yesterday... I had some trouble with my Grandmother and spent the morning/afternoon at Stony Brook Hospital...

I've actually heard about Laundry and that it was a sick sick sick place!

Anyways, another idea was to get a small group of people together afterwards and stop by my house in Smithtown on the way home for some BBQ and Beers...

I have a decent sized backyard and enough parking space that can probably accomodate 15-20 people comfortably...

I MIGHT be in for this still... Not sure though, I think it might be tough to do 6-700 miles in one day by myself... leaving my house at 4am would be necessary
