Yaeh Fairmount Park would be nice for something like this.
Is there a small lake still in the park? I recall when they used to run road races through the park.
The last time I was there for a race they shoe horned all of these cars onto a small track by the Museum, off the Ben Pkwy.

Don't know any of you guys, but I live in Old City, so I could be down for a GTG and meet some of the people on the board if it's an open invite...
