PHOTOS on page 4 of the 15 NOV SoCal MEGA Mercedes-Benz Meet @ Los Alamitos, CA

By now, you can see the sky has gotten dark, from the huge out of control Yorba line fire, north of us.
ASHES rained down on our heads, on the cars, and into their open windows!!
It began to get worse by the minute. It was getting very unpleasant as time went on.

By this time, the Yorba Linda fire had totally blackened the sky, so it was time for me to get out of there,
and my car had had the windows down, at the show, so it was full of ashes everywhere inside, now, and my head was covered with ashes too, besides!!! So one last picture of it by the Heli, and I am outta there...

Non Mercedes-Benz, but I had a date with a girl from San Diego that was part of my itinerary, in the San Diego Gaslamp quarter that night, then wine tasting out by Temecula, the next day,

Great event!!! So Cal rocks!!!! Thanks to Saprissa, for setting it up, all the vendors and prize donors - and all who came out for this one!!

Anyhow, really nice color!
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
What I love about Capri Blue is that it looks so different depending on ambient lighting conditions. It's definitely brighter than Midnight Blue in sunlight, but Capri blue has chameleon-like properties. The pics you saw were taken under hazy/smoky conditions, giving it that dark blue/purple effect. In bright sunlight it's a brighter purple-blue-metallic. At night it looks black. The color is very difficult to photograph and is best appreciated in person. It's just one of those atypical colors I just had to have!
We were in town (westhills) during that day for a family reunion... I was eager to attend and see all the awesome whips but unfortunately didnt make it. Schedule is too tight
... sayang talaga!!!
I'm lovin' all the pics tho!!!
