LI/NYC - Cars & Coffee - Sundays 10:30AM - FARMINGDALE REPUBLIC AIRPORT

We will meet for the first time on Sunday 03/22/2009 starting at 10:30AM.
This will be a weekly get together, same time same place. We can always go for a cruise to Robert Moses or Jones Beach after if people are up for it.
There will be coffee, drinks, food, snacks, etc... available at the Bagel Factory in the same shopping center. I will let them know our plans and maybe they will offer discounts for us if this becomes a popular weekly gathering.
I'm sure you understand that we need to be respectful so no burnouts, revving engines, etc... you know what I'm talking about.

hey guys, i wont be able to make it. my cousin who is a member on this forum just had a serious car accident on Wednesday night. on his way home from work his 05 E500 was cut off and he hit a guard rail as he tried to avoid it on the FDR and his car rolled over several times. sadly he lost his left leg and has been going thru several operations.
my heart is very heavy for my cousin who is a great guy and only in his early 30s. please keep him in your prayers and thoughts. and please be safe in your travels!

thanks guys for your considerate words! its going to be a long and hard recovery for my cousin. he has a few more surgeries but right now he has an emotional challenge that is really going to make a difference.
