Hey, guys - just back from a 9-day drive through the UK, from Heathrow to Loch Ness to Cardiff to Stonehenge to Heathrow in an A class (not bad car, btw).

Unfortunately, have something else to do on the 26th, so I won't be able to make it this time.

Exactly why I wouldn't front this trip again. You commit, guy pays up, and then you have other plans.

If I was markopolo, I'd tear you a new one.

Disgusting.

F*ck yourself. Marcopolo, I'll pay whatever everyone else pays. Let me know how much and to what addy.

EDIT: and for the record, I found out about my other commitment the day I left for my trip, tried to post it here with my iphone, and it wasn't working. So that's my story, and I'm sticking to it.

I'm trying to get a buddy to come with and he asked what our intended target was. Are we fishing for anything in particular or just whatever swims by the boat?

Please rest assured that we will not. I promise.
Maybe only for 5 minutes and only as a last resort where no other bait will work...
So be a good sport and cancel your other arraignments

Sail time is 2:30pm

Please get there early

The dock is located at Atlantic Highlands' Municipal Marina. There is a snack shack at the main dock where all the public boats are located. The Capt dave is about halfway down the extension dock that sticks out in the water.

You're psychic. Now you can all continue with your plan to do the circle jerk to Glenn Beck's bobblehead the way that you had planned without my interruption.

Seriously, I do enjoy these fishing trips, and wish I could leave. Unfortunately, I don't see another 50-year anniversary in the cards, so I'm going to have to choose the less fun option.

You clearly underestimating us and our fun loving company!
Let us ease up your pain (and share it at the same time)

Assuming that everybody will hold to their word (of Honor) and show up at the event, I'd say bring the money with you.
It's little bit difficult to divide $1,000 by unknown number of fun loving people (show-ups). Could be between 9 and 13.

Chucky or MR. B - update the list please?

1. Chucky + friend
2. Ed + wife
3. Mr. B. (wife stays home)
4. 02C32guy + friend
5. Sid (+ company?)
6. Mark + wife
7. Tommy + Better Half (still hoping...)
8. _________

who did I miss?

Guys, remember, if we catch a nice Tuna, the trip is free +++
Of course, the odds of that are greater than...

Unfortunately, I'm a definite no. Don't forget to add me to the total for splitting up the grand. That should give you enough for a weekend's worth of Polish beer.

Do you ever plan to actually get a job? They do often pay money you know.

Hell, even a paper route.
