Hold your horses, still don't know the final count, unless you want to be overcharged.

Btw, you still didn't answer my last pm...

Shoot pm to Mr. Brenton, he should know the maximum count allowed.

Earlier he said the boat accommodates 15. I just wasn't sure exactly how many we had and if we wanted the full 15. Doesn't matter to me either way.

The boat handles up to 40 people, seriously. The pricing structure is based on 15 people at the flat rate + $30 per head over and above that. The more people, the cheaper per person.

Glass is fine in the cooler - transferred to cups.

Any other questions?

One more thing that I've already posted but nobody reads - bring food and Dramamine (if you think you may need it).

If you forget food, there are a few stores on the access street that make subs, and there is a liquor store.

Have fun, guys. Sorry that "Jordan" bolted. I guess the knots weren't strong enough?

I'll make the next one. I have to drive up to Garrison, NY in half an hour; trust me, I'd rather be drinking, I mean fishing.

Fish

I woke up and went for a bike ride and could smell the ocean even though I am 50 miles inland. If I can bring some real beer in bottles, I will as I hate most of the canned scheisse. Packing cooler now and getting ready to boogy. Yo Ho Yo Ho...

Fishing Trip

Oy Mates,

It was good to see you all again and to meet the new guys, Chris and Bill. I am glad we don't do this every weekend. I had a great time right up until I got seasick, That'a my story and I'm sticking to it. Sorry for the mess in the indoor cabin. Geez.

Trip home was uneventful.

Got home safe too! Disasterous Staten Island Expressway / Vere. Bridge / Belt Parkway!

At least you know I wasn't doing above 55!

Fricken Tire!

Gotta get that all checked tomorrow.

Had a great time!

Well, it's not a NJ fishing trip until someone

We'll have to start planning the next bbq soon, possibly an August date?

I think we should find a new boat next time. I don't like Captain Dave's attitude and lack of ability to bring us to the fish (e.g. look at the fish finder).

I also don't like having the mate insist on casting for me. I learned how to cast an open reel when I was 10.

I'd be fine with that; I think that we've got enough of a track record with his fish finding capabilities. Besides, I hear that the cabin on his boat smells HORRIBLE!

Rick,
I don't recall any attitude on the part of Captain Dave...what were you referring too?

As for finding fish - it didnt look like anyone else was shouting with success - is a fish finder always accurate?
