Definitely a BBQ - burgers, chicken, etc. is probably a good bet.

Small pavilion (accommodates 20-30 people) with 1 gas grill will run ~$50. They also have larger pavilions that have 2 grills.

You can also bring your dog(s) and some heavy artillery.
